She also received national recognition in 2001, when she was honored as the Top Provider of Long Term Care Insurance in the country. The award also provided her with the opportunity to study under Phyllis Shelton, America’s foremost expert in the field.
Ms. Pitcher earned her B.A. in History and English at Washington College before studying voice, ballet, and piano at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. After college, she began her career in public relations as a news anchor for WRIC, ABC’s Richmond affiliate. Following that, she worked with President Ronald Reagan as a public relations specialist in foreign affairs.
After working at the national level, Ms. Pitcher’s desire to help individual Americans on a personal basis led her to the financial field. She currently resides in Richmond, VA as a financial and insurance counselor. She works independently with several top insurance companies and brokerages to find the best combination of investments and insurance products to meet your needs. Ms. Pitcher is also affiliated with several professional organizations and is devout in her faith.
